Pacific University Athletics

Mallory Velte became Pacific's assistant women's wrestling coach for the 2023-24 season. 

From Sacramento, Calif, Velte competed for Team USA in the 2015 Junior World Championships as well as the 2017, 2018 and 2022 World Championships. She won bronze medals in 2018 and 2022. 

Velte wrestled in college at Simon Fraser University, where she won three WCWA national titles and was the University's 2017 Female Athlete of the Year.
