FOREST GROVE, Ore. — Pacific got wins from Christian Guerra, Tyler Howe, Jacob Richards and Tyler Kailiuli to edge Southwestern Oregon CC 23-18, in a men's dual wrestling match on Saturday night at the Stoller Center.

The win gave Pacific its first dual win of the year, improving to 1-4.

Guerra got the Boxers started with a nail-biting 9-8 win at 125 pounds, followed by Howe's major decision at 174 pounds (11-2). Richards also won for Pacific at 197 (14-1) and Kailiuli followed Guerra's lead with a one-point triumph at heavyweight (4-3).

SWOCC's points were all scored via forfeit.

Both teams and about ten others will return to the Stoller Center mat on Sunday for the Boxer Open. Start time is 10 a.m.
