Kayla Mizo and junior
Kira Negrete scored for Pacific on Saturday, as the Boxers battled to a 2-2 draw at Sparks Field against Willamette.
The Boxers (0-14-3, 0-11-2 NWC) struck first when Mizo () converted a penalty try in the 27th minute.
Willamette (11-4-3, 8-4-2 NWC) answered in the 49th minute when Emmy Manset assisted on a Yume Matsuyama goal.
The Boxers responded in the 68th when Negrete () dribbled through the Bearcat defense and tallied her second goal of the season from 17 yards out.
Pacific pushed to hold its lead to the final whistle, but the persistent Willamette attack eventually broke through in the 82nd minute when Manset scored from 13 yards.
THE MATCH WAS OVER WHEN... Pacific's senior goalkeeper
Ariela Bali (Aiea, Hawaii) made the final save of the afternoon in the 108th minute, shutting down the final attack for either team.
STAT OF THE GAME... Bali made 16 saves in her second-straight start in goal.
NEXT UP... The Boxers start a three-match homestand tomorrow with a 2:30 p.m. kickoff scheduled against Linfield.
