The Boxers (1-0) eclipsed the school record for a home opener with its 127-point effort, breaking the old mark of 120 points from the 1996-97 Pacific season opener. Head Coach

The Geoducks (0-1) shot 60.9% in the loss and landed four players in double figures including Jared Roffler, who scored 22 points and 11 rebounds in a double double to lead the visitors from Olympia, Washington.
Pacific put five players in double figures including senior
Brevin Brown, who scored a career-high 30 and
Marcus Wallace added 20 in his Pacific debut. Joining the duo in double figures was junior
Davis Holly, who added 18 and newcomers Gage Shlmidine and
Ethan Moss, who each added 10. In addition to the offensive onslaught, the Boxers forced 42 Geoducks turnovers which they turned into 56 points in the win.
Trailing by seven, 106-99 with 7:32 to play, Pacific went on a 16-0 run to take a 113-106 lead with 5:15 left to play, culminating in a big-time 3-pointer by Terrence Glider. The run put Pacific ahead for the remainder of the contest.
Next, Pacific will face a Multnomah squad on Saturday at 5 p.m. The Lions will enter the contest with a 4-0 mark and have had narrow losses in exhibition games to NCAA Division I members, University of Portland and Portland State.
