The Pacific University women's lacrosse team took a break from the rigors of the Northwest Conference to play Baldwin Wallace, a NCAA Division III team out of Berea, Ohio on Tuesday night. The Yellowjackets, who reached the finals of the 2017 Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament, defeated the Boxers, by a 19-3 margin.

Pacific, who falls to 0-4, had three-different goal scorers in the loss.
Jasmyne Adame-Contant (Martinez, Calif.) scored her team-leading fourth goal, plus
Roya Tahmassebi (Mountain View, Calif.) and
Felicia Doblado (Las Vegas, Nev.) each found the back of the net for their second goals of the season. Boxer goalkeeper
Ariel Watanabe (Colorado Springs, Colo.) had double-digit saves for the fourth-straight game in the loss.
Eight different Yellowjackets scored in the win, who improve to 1-1 on the season. Savanna Jaekele scored a game-high five goals to lead the offense.
Next, Pacific will host Puget Sound on Saturday, Mar. 10 at 7 p.m.
