Four members of the Pacific University lacrosse team were recognized in pre-game ceremonies prior to the Boxers' 16-1 loss to George Fox on Saturday.
Seniors
Rayne Houser,
Anna VanderWeyst,
Felicia Doblado and
Jordyn Godfrey were honored for their contributions to the program, both on and off the field. Three of the four each had a role in Saturday's game.
Doblado had three ground balls which were the second most on the team. Houser found VanderWeyst for the lone Pacific goal at the 23:23 mark of the opening half. It was the first career points for Houser and the second goal of the career for VanderWeyst.
Next, Pacific will travel to McMinnville on Sunday to face Linfield. Earlier this season, the Wildcats defeated the Boxers by an 18-5 margin in Forest Grove.
