Pacific began its second day in Colorado by dropping a five-set match to Briar Cliff but ended the trip on a high note, defeating Johnson & Wales in four sets.
In the first match of the day the Boxers (6-3) began by taking the first two sets 25-22 and 25-17 behind the attack of
Karlee Duncan. Duncan would go on to lead all Boxers in the first match with 17 kills and tally 17 digs to record her sixth double-double on the season.
After controlling much of the first two sets, the Boxer attack would not be able to find its rhythm in sets three and four, dropping those two by the scores of 25-16 and 25-20.

After a tough loss in their first match, the Boxers would bounce back later as they took on host Johnson & Wales.
The opening set saw a new face added to the Boxer attack as
Nanea Lum would lead the attack for the Boxers. The sophomore outside hitter would finish the match with 12 kills and 12 digs, recording her first double-double on the season.
After taking the opening set by a score of 25-20, the Boxers would drop set two to Johnson & Wales charged by a late 9-3 run that led to 25-23 result, evening the match at one set a piece.
The Boxer defense would control most of set three as the Boxers had a block party. Ivkovic would lead the team with four blocks, plus
Bailey Servoss added three of her own.
In the fourth and final set, Ivkovic would come away with five of her co-team leading 12 kills, and the Boxers would use a five-point run after being down 21-20 to win the set 25-21 and match.
