In a game that saw nine lead changes, Pacific ended on the wrong side losing to the Linfield Wildcats 76-73.

The Wildcats' (8-9, 4-4 NWC) shooting would catch fire in the second half as the team shot 53.7 percent from the field, outlasting the Boxers (6-10, 0-7 NWC) offense in the final seconds.

Pacific would put up its' best shooting percentage as a team finishing 42.6 percent from the field, led by senior
Liana Tanaka's 20 points on 7-18 shooting.

Three other Boxers would finish in double-digits as
Courtney Carolan added 15 points on 50 percent shooting,
Ashley Jones added 13 points and four steals and Charli Elliot added 10 more points and nine rebounds, finishing one shy of her third double-double this season.

The first half would end with the Wildcats holding a one-point advantage over the Boxers despite the Boxers finishing with seven steals in the half.

In the third quarter the Boxers would hit their first four shots, trading leads on each possession with Linfield. That trend would continue through the third with the teams never gaining more than a four-point advantage over the other.

Going into the fourth, the Boxers held a one-point lead but Linfield would shoot 6-9 in the first six minutes of the quarter to take the biggest lead of the night 76-70.

Pacific would cut the lead to three after a Carolan and-one with one minute remaining, but would be unable to convert on their final possessions.
