Five-different Boxers had a hit including
Jacob Igawa and
Dylan Morgan, who had four and three hits, respectively led the Pacific University baseball team to a 9-8 win over Sul Ross State on the final day of the Cactus Classic in Tucson, Arizona on Sunday.
A three-run fourth and four-run sixth inning sparked Pacific in the win to snap a three-game losing streak, who evens it record at 3-3. It is the first multi-hit games of the career for both Igawa and Morgan.

Sul Ross State, who falls to 2-4, had 17 hits and stranded 11 runners on base in the loss.

Down 1-0 in the fourth inning, Pacific picked up a two-RBI double from Quinn and a RBI double by Igawa put the Boxers ahead 3-1 and for the first time on the day. A run in the fifth put Pacific up by a 4-1 margin.
After Sul Ross State scored twice in the top of the six, the Boxers came back with four more in the bottom half of the inning. Two of the runs came in on a two out, two-RBI single by Hara to spark Pacific. The two teams each scored a run in the seventh.
The Lobos mounted a comeback in the eighth inning, scoring four runs on five hits to make it a one-run game. With runners on second and third, the Boxers'
Tyler Oscarson got a strike out to end the inning.
