Linfield scored four second half goals to defeat the Pacific University women's soccer team by a 4-1 margin on Wednesday in McMinnville.
After a 0-0 first 45 minutes, the Wildcats' Sydney Kuehn recorded a hat trick in the win. Amidee Colleknon found the back of the net for Linfield, early in the second half, when she found a loose ball in the box for the first goal of the contest. Kuehn scored the next three goals in the contest before the Boxers spoiled the shutout hopes.

Brooke Nakamura successfully converted a penalty kick in the 87
th minute. Pacific had 10 shots, seven of which were on goal in the loss. Nakamura led the attack with three shots for the Boxers. Junior goalkeeper
Saya Brown made 11 saves, her most since a 14-save effort against Linfield as a freshman on October 1, 2017.
Next, the Boxers will travel to face Lewis & Clark on Sunday, Sept.22 at noon in Portland.
