The Pacific University women's soccer team lost by a 4-0 margin to Pacific Lutheran on Sunday afternoon.
The Lutes scored three times in a 13-minute span of the opening 45 minutes en route to the win, raising its record to 6-1-1 overall and 4-0 in the Northwest Conference. The Boxers fall to 2-5 overall and 0-4 in the Northwest Conference.

Saya Brown made 11 saves on 15 shots in the loss. The lone shot for Pacific came from
Nicole Henry as the Boxers managed to put pressure on the PLU defense at times throughout the contest.

The Lutes' Meghan Michels had a goal and assisted on two more in the win. Plus, with a 3-0 halftime lead, Pacific Lutheran added its final goal in the 76
th minute as Alyssa Jordan scored on a breakaway for the final margin.
