Pacific University sophomore Sydnie Binder saw her run at the ITA Regional Tournament Singles title end in the semifinals on Monday.

The fifth-seeded Binder reached the semifinals with three-consecutive straight set wins and a win in the quarterfinals over No. 2 seed Andrea Guo of Whitman, 2-6, 6-2, 6-3. On Monday, she lost by a narrow 2-6, 6-4, 5-7 margin to the No. 6 seed Tessa Kern of Linfield.
