Quentin Gonzalez picked up a win in singles and teamed up with
Sean Murphy at No. 3 doubles as the Pacific men's tennis team wrapped up its Hawaii trip with a 6-3 loss to Trinity (Texas) on Sunday.
Gonzalez and Murphy were the lone victors for the Boxers in doubles with an 8-7 win at No. 3 doubles. Brothers Rayden and
Koby Murata were 8-6 losers at No. 2 doubles.
Joey Hu was the first Boxer to pick up a singles win on the day with a 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 5 singles. Gonzalez came away with his second singles win of the trip with a 7-5, 6-2 victory at No. 4 singles.
The Boxers will next come home to host Lewis & Clark on February 1 at noon at the Holce Tennis Courts in a non-conference match.
