The Pacific University women's tennis picked up a 6-3 non-conference win over Willamette on Sunday afternoon at the Holce Tennis Courts.

Pacific (1-0) started the day, sweeping all three doubles matches. Among the winners include Sydnie Binder/Johanna Wilson at No. 1, Adrienne Powell/Jessica Eligio at No. 2 and Megan Meatte/Taylor Smallwood at No. 3.

As the match shifted to singles, Pacific secured the win in the match with victories in its first three singles matches. Binder posted a 6-0, 6-0 win to start singles play at No. 1 singles. Then, Adrienne Powell clinched the win with a 6-3, 6-1 victory at No. 2 singles. The last win on the day for Pacific came as Johanna Wilson came from a set down to pickup a 0-6, 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles.
