The Pacific University men's basketball team defeated George Fox, 112-98 to open up the 2020-21 season Thursday night in Forest Grove.

The Boxers (1-0) were able to shake off a slow start in the first half to claim the come from behind victory. After finding themselves in a 12-point deficit late in the first half, Pacific came out strong to open up the second period with 6 different players tallying points in what ended up being a game deciding 17-11 run.
Senior guard
Colin Rardin recorded 15 of his team high 19 points in the second half of the contest while also contributing 9 rebounds in the total team effort. Junior guard
Ethan Moss contributed 16 points while also recording 5 assists. Joining them in double figures was
Mario Mora who had 15 points on 4-7 shooting from three,
Brennen McNabb added 12 and
Antoine Stitt contributed 10 respectively.
George Fox (1-6) was led in scoring by Kalu Stricklin with 20 points. The Bruins had four others join Stricklin in double figures in the contest.

The Boxers look to continue their winning ways on Saturday with a scheduled 8 p.m. tip off at George Fox.
