The Pacific University women's tennis team was defeated Saturday against the George Fox Bruins 3-6 in Forest Grove.

Pacific (2-2) found success in both doubles and singles from both Binder sisters. In doubles play,
Sydnie Binder and
Cassidy Binder paired up to get a 8-3 win at number one doubles.

In singles play, both Binder sisters found success again by beating their opponents at number one and number two singles. The younger sister, Cassidy, took the first point with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Laney Search, while older sister, Sydnie, also won 6-1, 6-1 over opponent Sophia Lawrence.

The Boxers are in action next tomorrow, March 28th, in a rematch against George Fox that is scheduled to begin at 11 A.M. from the campus of George Fox in Newberg.
