FOREST GROVE, Ore.- The Pacific University volleyball team (1-4) fell to George Fox (5-1) in non-conference action, 0-3.

Pacific was set to face Illinois College tonight in their home number, but their match was canceled due to health and safety protocols.

The Boxers were unable to get going offensively, as they tallied only 27 kills in the match. Mara Murphy (Salt Lake City, UT) led the Boxers with eight kills while Chloe Elmore (Salem, OR) added seven. Haley Walz (Tucson, AZ) collected 22 digs throughout the evening.

The Boxers will be back in action on Sunday as they host Mills College in the final day of the Oregon Trail Classic. The junior varsity squad will face the Cyclones in the first match of the day at 10:30 a.m., and varsity will follow at 1 p.m.
