WALLA WALLA, Wash. – Pacific women's soccer dropped a NWC match against the Blues from Whitman College on Saturday afternoon. The hosts were able to net two first half goals before adding one more in the second half on the way to the 3-0 shutout.
The Boxers were outshot 11-6 in the contest but they won the total number of corners with seven on the evening.

How It Happened
Whitman opened up the game applying pressure to the Boxers back line. After a couple of shots by the Boxers that were saved, the Blues fired a shot the was saved by Pascual but crossed the end line signaling a corner kick. The corner kick produced a goal scoring opportunity which found the back of the net.
They would add a second goal a minute and a half later on a rebound off of the keeper Pascual and take a 2-0 lead.
The Blues put the game officially out of reach when they scored midway through the second half making it 3-0.
