SPOKANE, Wash. – Pacific suffered its third consecutive defeat on Sunday afternoon when Whitworth earned the 1-0 victory.
The Pirates scored just four minutes into the second half and turned in an impressive defensive performance to earn all three points.

How It Happened
The two teams would head into halftime scoreless after Whitworth was unable to find the opening goal, despite firing 16 shots in the first 45 minutes.
However, this pressure would prove to be too much for Pacific as the Pirates found the goal they needed in the 50
th minute when Rylee Fischer got on the end of a cross from Emma Foulk.
Whitworth held on to the 1-0 score line to pick up the win

Pacific falls to 5-7-3 overall and 2-7-3 in Northwest Conference play.
