TACOMA, Wash. – It was a tough afternoon for Pacific women's soccer as the Boxers fell to Northwest Conference leaders Puget Sound.
The hosts scored three goals inside the opening 15 minutes and continued to show their class in the second half, hitting Pacific for another trio of goals to win the game 6-0.

How It Happened
Ava Cholakian opened the scoring just five minutes into the contest with her 13
th goal of the season before Layla Santos doubled the lead just a minute later. In the 15
th minute, Rylee MacLennan scored her first of two goals in the contest.
MacLennan netted the Loggers' fourth goal in the 56
th minute and UPS scored their fifth through Tess Carden. Puget Sound wrapped up the victory when Zoe Fowler made it six goals on the day.
What It Means
The Boxers see their four-match unbeaten streak come to an end, falling to 5-4-2 overall and 2-4-2 in NWC play.
