Puget Sound opened the third set with five straight points and once again rode that momentum to grab a 25-16 set win, taking a 2-1 lead in the match.

Forest Grove's team raced to a 7-1 lead in the fourth set behind an important kill from Cambra. Back-to-back kills from Murphy allowed the Boxers to extend their lead, and later earned the 25-21 set victory to force a fifth set.

Pacific was dominant in the decisive set, taking a commanding 10-2 lead before kills from Churchfield and Brown solidified the win.
