Mirella Garcia, thanks to an assist by
Katelyn Volchok.
But the Boxer ultimately couldn't keep up with Willamette, falling 3-1 Friday night on the road.
After tying the match at 1-1 in the 26th minute, the Bearcats took a 2-1 lead in the 50th minute. Willamette added an insurance goal in the 76th minute.
Rhyah Jackson had two shots on goal for Pacific in the loss. Goalkeeper
Isabella De La Cruz recorded five saves for the Boxers.Â
Next, Pacific (2-8, 1-6) will try to snap a six-game losing streak on Sunday at Linfield.Â
