PORTLAND -- Pacific scored two goals in the first half and added an insurance goal in the second half to roll to a 3-0 victory at winless Lewis & Clark (0-11, 0-7) Saturday afternoon.
Aidan Heflin scored the Boxers first goal in the 34th minute on an assist from
Donovan Jaramillo and
Gregory Wheeler.
Garrett Heuett then scored in the 38th minute on an assist from
Brodie Buchert to put Pacific up 2-0.
Sophomore
Noah Bjornson added his first career goal in the 87th minute. The Boxers had 13 shots on goal against Lewis & Clark.
Pacific goalkeeper recorded four saves for his third shutout of the season.
After failing to score in four straight matches, the Boxers have a combined six goals in their last two games.
Next: Pacific hosts Whitworth on Saturday, Oct. 19 at noon at Hanson Stadium.
