The Pacific volleyball team got a familiar result Friday night.
For the third straight match, the Boxers won the first set. But Pacific again could not carry over that momentum through the match, falling 3-1 to George Fox.
The Boxers hit .333 in the first set on their way to a 25-20 victory. But George Fox jumped out to a 17-7 lead in the second set before finishing off Pacific 25-16 to even the match.
The third set went back-and-forth. Tied 19-19, the Bruins scored three straight points to take the lead for good, ultimately winning 25-22.
Tied 12-12, George Fox went on a 6-1 run to take control of the fourth set, defeating the Boxers 25-19 to win the match.

Danica Nelson recorded 31 digs.
Pacific dropped to 3-9 in the Northwest Conference while George Fox improved to 7-4.
