The Pacific women's tennis team dominated its Northwest Conference opener Saturday, shutting out visiting Puget Sound 7-0.
Senior 
Cassidy Binder, the reigning Northwest Conference Player of the Year, didn't drop a game at No. 1 singles, defeating Kaylee Yamada 6-0, 6-0. 
Binder teamed up with 
Stella Nishimura to win 6-1 at No. 1 doubles.
Sofia Mazzola and 
Chloe Takahashi recorded a dominant 6-0 victory at 2 doubles. 
Mia Yamaguchi and 
Tiara Yeung won 6-3 at 3 singles.
Nishimura topped Paige Shinall 6-4, 6-0 at 2 singles. Takahashi defeated Krishna Agrawal 6-0, 6-2 at 3 singles.
Mazzola, 
Valentina Casab-Klescova and 
Mia Yamaguchi won at 4, 5 and 6 singles to complete the sweep over Puget Sound.
