EUGENE -- The Pacific men's soccer team closed out its non-conference slate with a 4-1 loss at Bushnell Saturday night.
The undefeated Beacons scored two goals in the first 8 minutes to take control of the match.
The Boxers got on the scoreboard just before halftime on a goal by sophomore
Carter Zeiset in the 43rd minute to get within 3-1.
Senior
Garrett Heuett recorded a shot on goal in the second half on a header off a corner kick.
But Bushnell put the game away with another goal in the 67th minute.
Entering the match in the second half, freshman goalkeeper
Kobi Miyamoto recorded four saves in 45 minutes.
