PASADENA, Calif. – Three Pacific women's soccer players scored their first career goal Saturday afternoon to lead the Boxers to a 3-1 win at Caltech.
Senior
Elizabeth Brisson gave Pacific an early 1-0 advantage in the eighth minute, scoring on an assist from freshman
Jadyn Ayano. Pacific freshman
Jolie Baker gave Pacific some breathing room, putting the ball in the back of the net in the 62nd minute. After Caltech got on the scoreboard in the 70th minute, Pacific freshman
Tasanee Kinnett restored the two-goal lead, thanks to an assist from senior
Rissalyn Hara.
Pacific (1-1) outshot Caltech 19-4, including a 9-1 advantage in shots on goal, to earn its first win of the young season.
