ResultsMcMINNVILLE, Ore. – For the first time in the 2014-15 Northwest Conference dual season the Pacific swim teams swept conference foes, as the Boxers men topped Linfield 111-93 and the women earned a 113-91 victory over the Wildcats.

The Pacific women proved victors in nine of the 11 events at the Linfield Aquatic Center on Saturday afternoon. On the men's side, Pacific continued to cruise through the freestyle events on its way to its first NWC dual victory of the season.

MEN: Pacific 111, Linfield 93
The Pacific men, once again, flexed their freestyle muscles as
Jack Lloyd (Jr., Portland, Ore.) bettered his school record time in the 100-yard freestyle and the Boxers won every freestyle event on the day.

After Linfield opened the afternoon with a victory in the 400-yard medley relay,
Charles Morse (So., Forest Grove, Ore.) won the 1,000-yard freestyle by over two minutes with a finishing time of 10:28.64.

The Boxers picked up a second straight freestyle victory as
Raymond Miller (Fr., Portland, Ore.) finished first in the 200-yard freestyle with a 1:46.86, while
Patrick Daniels (So., Salem, Ore.) found himself in second at the end of the race.

Lloyd out touched his opponents in the 50-yard freestyle by over a second to pick-up nine points for the Boxers in the fourth men's event of the day.

Miller and
Michael Sakai (Fr., Honolulu, Hawaii) finished first and second, respectively, in the 200-yard butterfly. Miller posted a time of 1:58.94 in the event, which is his best mark of the season.

The 100-yard freestyle saw Lloyd break his own school record with a first place finish of 47.30. Lloyd had previously set the school record in the 100-yard freestyle on Nov. 11, 2014 in a meet against Whitman and Whitworth at Lewis & Clark.

Miller and Morse finished one-two, respectively in the 500-yard freestyle, with Miller out touching Morse by nearly seven seconds and Morse finishing six seconds ahead of the top Linfield finisher in the heat.

The final individual event of the day saw Sakai earn a victory in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:21.97.

Pacific's day finished with a first place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay as
Spencer Chandler (Sr., Weisner, Idaho),
Derek Dunn (Fr., Springfield, Ore.),
Dylan Tohl (Fr., Tillamook, Ore.) and Lloyd cruised to victory with a 3:19.67 finish.

WOMEN: Pacific 113, Linfield 91
The Pacific women's swimming team picked up its third dual victory in a row on Saturday as the Boxers toppled Linfield 113-91.

Pacific opened the afternoon with a victory in the 400-yard medley relay, as
Janae Sargent (Jr., Redding, Calif.),
Kayla Knock (Fr., Colorado Springs, Colo.),
Stacie Struble (Sr., Albany, Ore.) and
Amber Chase (Sr., Tigard, Ore.) posted a time of 4:18.65.

Amanda Clark (Sr., Olympia, Wash.) opened individual events for the Boxers with a 10:56.57 victory in the 1,000-yard freestyle and followed her victory with another in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:58.51.

The 50-yard freestyle saw
Katie Porter (Sr., McMinnville, Ore.) finish with a time of 25.11 to win her heat, while
Colleen Murphy (Fr., Valdez, Alaska) finished third at 27.12.

Rachel Webster (So., Normandy Park, Wash.) topped the 200-yard butterfly at 2:16.84, while Struble notched a second place finish with a time of 2:18.15.

Porter continued her strong senior season with a 54.42 mark in the 100-yard freestyle. Clark wrapped up the individual freestyle events for the Boxers with a victory in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:20.96.

Webster notched her second victory of the afternoon in the final individual event of the meet, posting a 2:34.55 in the 200-yard breaststroke.
