Maya Okamura and
Aukai Kea would lead the Boxers in the pool each winning multiple events on Friday night.

The women of Boxer swim would also have a productive time in the pool winning four events and setting one personal best.

Okamura would shine at Willamette, winning both the 400 yard IM and the 200-yard breastroke, as well as serve as the anchor for the relay team that took first in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Okamura's victory in the IM would also be here new season best time at 5:03.43.

Joining Okamura in setting new bests,
Kimberly Garcia,
Maggie Stevenson and Cecilia Mazhary-Clark all hit new season best times this season and
Julia Crumb would set a career best.

Crumb would achieve her new career best in the 1650-yard freestyle, finishing in 19:50.44. Garcia would not only set her new best in the 50 yard freestyle, but her time of 27.59 would also win her the event.

Stevenson would hit her new best in the 100-yard freestyle, posting a time of 1:03.66. Mazhary-Clark would post a time of 6:50.60 in the 500-yard freestyle event.

Alex Winslow would join Crumb, Garcia, and Okamura on the previously mentioned winning relay team for Pacific.

On the men's side Kea would take first in the 50-yard freestyle, and help lead the men's 200-yard freestyle relay team to victory as the anchor. Joining him on that team were
Ethan Hunter,
Hung Huynh, and
Reed Charron.

Boxers take to the pool again Saturday January 19 at 1:00 p.m. in Tacoma, taking on Pacific Lutheran.
