Pacific University has had 264 athletes honored as All-Northwest Conference Scholar-Athletes. Pacific had 123 men and 141 women recognized for the award. In order to be eligible, the student-athlete must achieve a GPA of 3.50 or higher at the end of the academic year and must have participated, practiced or competed in any part of their respective seasons due to COVID-19 restrictions.
 
The breakdown by sport is: baseball with 25 athletes, men's basketball with 13 athletes, women's basketball with 12 athletes, men's cross country with 8 athletes, women's cross country with 12 athletes, football with 23 athletes, men's golf with 4 athletes, women's golf with 5 athletes, lacrosse with 10 athletes, rowing with 6 athletes, men's soccer with 10 athletes, women's soccer with 18 athletes, softball with 10 athletes, men's swimming with 3 athletes, women's swimming with 9 athletes, men's tennis with 9 athletes, women's tennis with 4 athletes, men's track and field with 13 athletes, women's track and field with 20 athletes, volleyball with 13 athletes, men's wrestling with 2 athletes, women's wrestling with 3 athletes.
