McMINNVILLE, Ore.- Ten different Boxers got on the scoresheet leading them to a 73-52 win on Tuesday night against Linfield in McMinnville. The win gave Pacific their sixth win in a row and kept them undefeated in Northwest Conference play.

Pacific (10-3, 4-0 NWC) had an efficient night from the floor shooting 26-63 (41.3%) from the floor. The Boxers were able to win the rebounding battle 48-22 including 24-8 on the offensive end. Pacific was led in scoring by
Rilee Price (Junior/Brea, CA) who had 18 points going 3-6 from three point territory.
Brilie Kovaloff (Junior/ Honolulu, HI) and
Madison Dunlop (Sophomore/ Parker, AK) also landed in double figures scoring 13 and 10 respectively.

Linfield (0-11, 0-3 NWC) was led offensively by Gillyan Landis who 19 points on an efficient 8-10 shooting. The Wildcats were able to record seven blocks in the contest.

How It Happened
Pacific jumped out to a nine-point lead through the first six minutes of the opening quarter. The Boxers were able to establish this lead through great ball movement leading to five different players contributing to score the first 18 points. In the final four minutes of the quarter, Pacific was able to convert two three-pointers on the way two a 25-point first quarter.

The Boxers opened the second quarter with a 25-17 lead. At the six-minute mark left in the second quarter the Boxers had converted six of their last seven field goals. At the media timeout with 4:06 remaining the Boxers lead had swelled to 12 following a converted layup from Kovaloff. Price converted a shot from long-range following a great hustle play for the offensive rebound by
Anya Henderson (Sophomore/Clackamas, OR) that kept the ball in the Boxers' hands. At the halftime break, the Boxers led 40-25 with eight different players scoring in the half.

Coming out of halftime the Boxers outscored the Wildcats 22-11 in the third quarter. The fourth quarter saw the collegiate debut of
Dylan Kem (Freshman/Aloha, OR) who was able to convert a free throw earning her first collegiate point. The Boxers from there continued their offensive dominance earning the 73-52 victory.
