Pacific sophomore Sydney Esperanza was voted the 2025-26 All-Northwest Conference Women's Basketball Third Team.

Esperanza finished third in the conference in total rebounds (171) and fourth in rebounds per game at 6.8. She averaged 10.3 points and 2.1 assists per game. Esperanza scored a career-high 19 points on Nov. 22 in a 95-92 double overtime win over Colorado College. She scored 15 points and posted a career-high 11 rebounds versus Whitman on Jan. 31.

Linfield junior Alli Mead was voted NWC Player of the Year. Linfield senior Miki Vermeulen,was named Defensive Player of the Year and Willamette freshman Riley Walden was selected Rookie of the Year.

Linfield's Casey Bunn-Wilson was voted Coach of the Year after leading the Wildcats to the regular season conference championship.
