WHITTIER, Calif.- Pacific men's tennis dropped two consecutive matches to open their spring break trip to California but bounced back with a dominant victory over Whittier to improve to 1-2 in the Golden State.
 
"It was a really gutsy performance from our guys today," said Head Coach Brian Jackson. "We are still down a starter, but the guys battled through some intense head to get a solid win. I am very happy with the performance in doubles to set the stage for singles, this allowed a couple guys to rest. I am looking forward to our one sleep-in day tomorrow before a matchup with a solid Oxy squad."
