FOREST GROVE, Ore. – Pacific men's basketball dropped their third straight game on Tuesday with an 88-80 loss to Lewis & Clark.
The Pioneers were able to pull away in the second half behind 68% shooting from the floor which in turn lead them to outscore the Boxers 52-39 in the second half.

- Jacob Bolger scored a career high 30 points in 28 minutes played.
- Lucas Winkler handed out a team high 12 assists while also collecting a team high eight rebounds.
- Ethan Chung collected three offensive rebounds in the loss.
How It Happened
The Pioneers had a fast start scoring seven points on the opening 1:47 to take a 7-0 lead. The Boxers responded with their own 7-0 run to tie the game. With 9:43 left in the opening half, the host Boxers had opened up a 20-11 lead. The teams would trade buckets over the next four minutes and change before the Boxers would again open up a double-digit lead and maintain that lead over the next two minutes. The Pioneers kept it within reach closing out the half on a 9-2 run. Pacific led 41-36 at the halftime break.
With 17:13 remaining in the final half, the visitors were able to establish their first lead of the contest since the lead 7-5 to open the contest. The Red and Black however did not let them maintain the lead for long as they grew their own eight-point lead following a three-point field goal from
Truman Young. The Pioneers responded with a 22-6 run to take their own eight-point lead. The Pioneers would never relinquish the lead from their as they pulled away with the 88-80 victory.
