TACOMA, Wash. -- Two Pacific wrestlers finished at the top of their respective weight classes Sunday at the Evergreen Women's Open.
Freshman
Shananiah Cassidy went 3-0 with two pins and a tech fall to easily capture the 117-pound championship. Junior
Zainab Ibrahim finished 3-0 with three pins to win the 138-pound title. Her longest match was 1 minute, 37 seconds.
Pacific junior
Paige Beals placed third in the 160 division. She went 3-1 with three tech falls.Â
