Devin Fortune recorded a double-double of 31 points and 10 rebounds.
Lucas Winkler was just one rebound shy of a triple-double. But it wasn't enough to get the Northwest Conference road win as the Boxers fell 92-89 Tuesday night at George Fox.
After falling behind by double digits, 25-14, with 11:57 remaining in the first half, Pacific battled back to take a 44-43 lead on a
Romyn Johnson layup with 1:43 left to play.Â
Tied 83-83 with 2:42 remaining in the game, George Fox went on a 6-0 run to take the lead for good.Â
The Boxers made more than half of their shots, finishing at 51.4 percent. The Bruins went 9-for-21 from 3.Â
Winkler filled up the stat sheet with 13 points, 10 assists, nine rebounds and three steals before fouling out of the game with 9 seconds remaining.
Anthony Hrboka added 17 points, three steals and two assists.
Jake Blazona had 12 points and five rebounds.
