Pacific junior Anthony Hrboka was selected to the 2025-26 All-Northwest Conference Men's Basketball First Team.

Hrboka scored the most points (518) in the conference this season and finished second in points per game at 20.7. Hrboka, who had five 30-point scoring games, was also second in 3-pointers made (72) and fifth in both total assists (81) and steals (53).

Willamette sophomore Tanner Overby was voted NWC Player of the Year. Whitworth senior Ben Nyquist was named Defensive Player of the Year and George Fox freshman Sydney Natche was selected Rookie of the Year. Whitworth's Damion Jablonski was voted Coach of the Year after leading the Pirates to the regular season conference championship.
