GLENDALE, Calif. — Picking up their second win in as many days, the Pacific men's tennis team made it 2-for-2 on their southern California trip with an 8-1 win over Occidental on Sunday afternoon at the Scholl Canyon Golf and Tennis Club.

The Boxers improved to 12-2 on the season. They are ranked No. 10 in the west region. Occidental fell to 0-9.

Pacific mixed up their doubles line-up and still won all three matches there. In singles, all wins were in straight sets. Pacific's only loss came during a hard battle for Nyles Moisson at No. 4, where he lost 11-9 in the third.

The Boxers will continue their Los Angeles-based schedule on Monday, with a match at Caltech in Pasadena.
