The Pacific University men's tennis team fell Saturday against the George Fox Bruins 5-4 in Newberg. The Boxers singles went ahead 2-1 before dropping 4 of the 6 single matches.
 
Pacific (3-2) found success with a 8-7 win from the tandem of 
Quentin Gonzalez and 
Sean Murphy at number one doubles. 
Reyn Miyagawa paired with 
Rayden Murata also contributed with a 8-3 win at number 2 doubles.
 
In singles play, 
Sean Murphy claimed victory again by beating his opponent from George Fox 6-4, 1-6, 6-1. Junior 
Joey Hu was also victorious at number 5 singles with a dominant 6-3, 6-4 win.
 
The Boxers next action will be tomorrow in a rematch against George Fox that is scheduled to begin at 11 A.M. from the Holce Tennis Court on the campus of Pacific University.
