Pacific men place sixth at Pacific Lutheran Invitational

TACOMA, Wash. -- Pacific's men's golf team placed sixth Tuesday at the Pacific Lutheran Invitational.

The Boxers (+47) finished behind champion Whitman (+6), runner-up Pacific Lutheran (+13), North Idaho (+15), Spokane (+18) and SWOCC (+44).

Freshman Alex Henderson (+7) shot a 75 and 76 for a two-day total of 151 to lead Pacific and finish tied for 15th overall.

Sophomore Charlie Cloud (+11) carded a 155, shooting a 76 on Monday and a 79 on Tuesday. 

Sophomore Kamas Romney (+14) shot a 78 and 80 for a total of 158. Freshman Benjamin Korach (+16) carded a 82 and 78 for a total of 160. 

Pacific Lutheran freshman Marcus Otto (-3) shot a 141 to earn low medalist honors. 

Next, the Boxers will compete in the NWC Fall Classic in McMinnville on Oct. 15-16.
