Pacific junior Mirella Garcia and freshman Rissalyn Hara were honored by the Northwest Conference women's soccer coaches.

Both were All-Northwest Conference honorable mention selections. 

Garcia led the Boxers in scoring with seven goals and two assists during the 2024 season. Hara played in all 20 matches and made 18 starts. 

Pacific Lutheran's Hannah Cecil and Bella Hanna were voted Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year. Linfield's Julia Alvarez was named Rookie of the Year and Pacific Lutheran's Seth Spidahl won Coach of the Year.
