Box Score Pacific defeated Willamette 6-3 Sunday at the Holce Tennis Courts. 

The Boxers won two of three doubles matches. Alexander Kinoshita and Aidan Rooney edged Velibor Mladenovic and Zack Olander 8-4 at No. 2 doubles. Lucas Fuhrmann and Ryley Chang topped AJ Avansino and Andre Lie 8-2 at 3 doubles.

Pacific went 4-2 in singles play. Rooney won by injury at No. 2 singles. After taking the first set 6-0 at 4 singles, Dawson Hose dropped the second 5-7. Hose quickly found himself down 0-5 and at love-40 in the third set, but battled back to take the deciding set 7-6 (5) after saving six match points. 

Kinoshita dominated his match at No. 5 singles, winning 6-1, 6-0. Fuhrmann defeated Lie 6-0, 3-6, 6-0 at 6 singles.

Next, the Boxers hosts Puget Sound on Sunday, March 10.
