WALLA WALLA, Wash. -- The Pacific women's golf team made program history at the 2025 Northwest Conference Spring Classic.
Playing Sunday and Monday at Wine Valley Golf Course, the Boxers broke their two-day school record by 10 strokes, finishing with a 631. After tying the one-day record of 316 in round one, Pacific bested the mark with a 315 in round two.
The Boxers finished third in the team standings behind champion George Fox (587) and runner-up Whitman (620).
Individually, Pacific sophomore
Bead Boonta tied for sixth overall, shooting a 79 and 75 for a two-day total of 154. Just one stroke behind, freshman
Cassidy Tanoue carded a 75 and 80 to place 10th.
Sophomore
Kayla Speer (160) and junior
Nikki Tabios (162) finished 15th and 18th, respectively.
George Fox had the top four finishers, led by low medalist Alison Takamiya (145).
Next: Pacific will compete in the NWC Championships on April 20-21 at Michelbook Country Club in McMinnville.
