The Pacific women's basketball team closed out the 2025-26 home slate Tuesday night with a 65-59 loss to George Fox in a back-and-forth Northwest Conference contest that featured six ties and 10 lead changes.
The Boxers led 46-45 entering the final period. But George Fox went on a 14-2 run early in the fourth to take a 59-50 advantage with 3:48 to go. Pacific cut the deficit to four points with 35 seconds remaining. However, the Bruins then went 4-for-4 from the free throw line to seal the victory.
Pacific senior
Shaade Williams, playing her final home game in the Stoller Center, led the Boxers with 15 points and six rebounds. Freshman
Karina Franco had 13 points and seven rebounds. Senior
Ava Cook finished with 12 points, five rebounds and four assists. Sophomore
Sydney Esperanza added 11 points and nine rebounds.
Next: Pacific will wrap up the season on Friday at Willamette.
