GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Pacific women's lacrosse team rolled past Greensboro College, 15-1, Wednesday afternoon.
The Boxers dominated from the opening whistle, outscoring Greensboro 8-0 in the first quarter. Pacific finished with 23 shots on goal and built a 13-0 lead before the Pride scored their only goal of the game with 4:40 remaining in the third period.
Erin Casey continued her strong freshman season, scoring three goals while adding three caused turnovers and seven ground balls. Pacific junior Jasmyn Zimmerman also tallied three goals in the non-conference win. Cameron Cabuco, Sarah Quade and Ellena Willingham each scored twice, while India Cartwright dished out three assists and collected five ground balls.
