SALEM, Ore. — The Pacific men's and women's swim teams combined for seven event victories, while freshman
Sadie Mak earned a pair of individual wins, as the Boxers dropped a pair of duals to the host Bearcats.
The Boxer men fell 129-61, while the women dropped a 112-90 decision.

Mak (Stayton, Ore.) won the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:57.56, while freshman
Grace Connelly (Grants Pass, Ore.) finished third in the 200-yard freestyle at 2:12.18.
Miller notched a third-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle at 1:52.02.
The 50-yard freestyle saw senior
Colleen Murphy (Valdez, Alaska) finished third at 28.47 in the women's race, while Dunn won the men's race at 23.43.
Pacific finished second and third in the 200-yard individual medley, with junior
Maya Okamura (Pukalani, Hawaii) finishing second at 2:23.78, with sophomore
Lauren McWilliams (Gilbert, Ariz.) third at 2:28.13.
Sakai was second in the men's 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:08.59.
McWilliams and Cruz finished second and third, respectively, in the 200-yard butterfly. McWilliams recorded a time of 2:27.42 and Cruz posted a mark of 2:31.99. Miller was the second-place finisher in the men's 200-yard butterfly at 1:59.69.
Krubeck won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 59.06, while the men's 100-yard freestyle saw Kea finish second at 50.99.
Connelly was third with a mark of 2:26.78 in the 200-yard backstroke, while the 500-yard freestyle saw Mak finish first at 5:47.14 and freshman
Lucy Plews (Banks, Ore.) was third with a time of 5:56.63.
The men's 500-yard freestyle saw freshman
Reed Charron (Fort Collins, Colo.) third with a time of 5:29.89.
Pacific finished second and third in the women's 200-yard breaststroke as Knock finished second with a time of 2:38.27 and Okamura was third with a time of 2:40.17. Sakai was second in the men's 200-yard breaststroke at 2:28.08.
The meet concluded with the Boxer women finishing first, second and third in the 400-yard freestyle relay, the men finished first with a time of 3:39.29.
The Boxers wrap the Northwest Conference slate at home against Lewis & Clark on January 27 at 11 a.m.
