Pacific junior Emma Velchek was voted to the 2025 All-Northwest Conference Volleyball Team.

A Third Team selection, Velchek recorded 189 kills, 38 aces and 174 digs for the Boxers. She finished third in the NWC with 3.57 points per set and ninth in kills per set at 2.78.

Puget Sound sophomore Maddie Badger was named Player of the Year by the NWC coaches. Willamette sophomore Dream Takemoto was voted Defensive Player of the Year and Whitworth freshman Alyssa Baird was selected Rookie of the Year.

Mark Massey was picked Coach of the Year after leading Puget Sound to a 14-2 record and share of the NWC championship.
