The Pacific women's soccer team had its best Northwest Conference finish in 11 years. And the NWC coaches took notice, voting four Boxers to the 2025 All-Northwest Conference Women's Soccer Team.

Senior forward Mirella Garcia and junior defender Ruby Waters were both selected to the Second Team, while senior goalkeeper Kylie Pascual and senior midfielder Gwendolyn Saing were named to the Third Team.

Garcia and Saing led Pacific in scoring, each finishing with four goals and two assists. Garcia was third in the NWC in both shots (44) and shots on goal (21).

Pascual finished fourth in the conference in saves per game (4.54) and eighth in saves (59). 

Puget Sound junior Leila Hausia-Haugen was named Offensive Player of the Year by the NWC coaches. Whitman junior Kiki Glorioso was voted Defensive Player of the Year and Puget Sound freshman Kate Short was selected Rookie of the Year.

Stephanie Cox was picked Coach of the Year after leading Puget Sound to a 12-0-4 record and share of the NWC championship.
