Pacific senior Emily Holsan was voted to the All-Northwest Conference Women's Basketball Team.

A Second Team selection, Holsan averaged 10.9 points and 6 rebounds per game for the Boxers, while also leading the NWC in 3-point percentage at .413. 

Whitman senior Korin Baker was voted Player of the Year for the third straight season. Whitman's Natalie Lundberg and Michelle Ferenz were named Defensive Player of the Year and Coach of the Year, respectively.

Whitworth freshman Ashlyn Peterson took home Rookie of the Year.
