SAINT CHARLES, Mo. – Pacific junior
Audrey Diaz wrapped up her junior season
with a sixth-place finish at the 2026 NCAA Women's Wrestling Regional.
Competing at 138 pounds in Regional 6 at Hyland Arena, Diaz dominated her opening match on Saturday, winning by an 11-0 tech fall.
After suffering a narrow 5-3 loss in the quarterfinals, Diaz battled her way through the consolation bracket, winning 11-1 and 9-0. Needing one more victory to qualify for the NCAA Championships, Diaz fell 12-2 in the consolation semifinals on Sunday to Peyton Hellmann of Fort Hays State.

Paige Beals (160) and freshman
Taylen Babas-Masuno (110) also made it to Sunday before both getting eliminated in consolation round 3. Babas-Masuno finished 2-2 with a tech fall. Beals also went 2-2 with two tech falls.
